Diana has painted on location in Britain and abroad. Her sketch book and watercolours are always with her.
_Venice Lagoon, Morning (oil on board)
_Venice was an inspiration with its beautiful architecture and historic relationship with the sea. An early riser, Diana took full advantage of the magical sunrise and early morning mist. It's quite an experience to be the only person in St Mark's Square- up before the famous pigeons!
_Ebb Tide, Dunraven Bay (watercolour)
_Although Diana loves to travel, her main locations are to be found in Wales with its mountains, valleys and coasts. The variety of landscape, changing seasons and amazing beauty give unending inspiration. She is sensitive to the evolution of the landscape, the effects
of climate and man on its development. Her work attempts to capture the spirit of the landscape whilst respecting its topography and history. _Diana revels in being outdoors, enjoying the wind on her face, the freedom of walking through the landscapes she loves to paint.

_Evening Walk, Penarth Beach (oil on board)
_Britain is so diverse it is impossible not to be inspired. Born in Somerset, Diana has an enduring love for the West Country and the sea. The inspiration for this painting came from the ferry crossing between St. Mawes and Falmouth.
Venice Canal (watercolour)
Much of Diana's work focuses on her home town of Penarth and the surrounding area, a constant love and inspiration for the many years she has lived there
